- No tracking. No analytics, no cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts. Fonts are self-hosted — nothing loads from an external CDN. The site stores nothing in your browser and sends your activity nowhere.
- No accounts, no forms. The site asks you for no personal data. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to submit.
- Server logs. Like any web server, the host (Caddy, on an Infomaniak VPS) keeps standard access logs — including IP addresses — briefly, for security and operation. They are not used to profile or track you.
- Private by design. This mirrors how Determs itself works: records and proofs use only digests (hashes); the underlying decision data never leaves your environment.
- Contact & data requests. Anything — including a request about data the project holds — start a thread on GitHub Discussions.
No personal data is sold or shared. Governed by Swiss data-protection law (revised FADP).
